Financial Discipline Meets Growth Strategy
Shubham Sisodiya co-founded ENZO Digital with a background in finance, and that perspective shapes how he approaches marketing budgets — treating ad-spend allocation like portfolio management rather than guesswork. Where most teams set channel budgets by habit or by last quarter's split, he looks at marginal return: what the next rupee does on each channel, and the point where it stops being worth spending.
That framing turns budgeting into a set of concrete questions. Which channels are still below their efficient frontier and can absorb more spend? Which have saturated and are just buying the same customers more expensively? What does blended acquisition cost look like once organic, referral, and retained revenue are counted — not just the last-click number the ad platform reports? Shubham's job is to keep those questions in front of the team so the budget follows the economics rather than the other way round.
He works with D2C, SMB, and hospitality clients across India on growth strategy, retention systems, and channel allocation, helping them make every rupee work harder rather than simply spend more. Retention gets as much of his attention as acquisition, because a repeat customer changes what a business can afford to pay for the first sale — and most of the brands he works with are underpricing that first sale as a result. He also builds the reporting that makes those trade-offs visible to a founder: a single view of spend, blended cost, and contribution margin by channel, rather than a separate dashboard for every platform.
His role has shifted to a reduced active capacity as the agency has scaled, but he continues to contribute on budget strategy and select client engagements where his decision-making can have the greatest impact.
Shubham brings a combination of analytical thinking, commercial rigour, and practical growth insight to the ENZO Digital leadership team. His writing on budgeting and growth strategy is below.
